a. Consumers

b. Contractors
Contractors may receive leads, inquiries, or requests from Consumers. Contractors are independent businesses solely responsible for their services, pricing, compliance with laws, licensing, insurance, performance, and customer relationships.
4. Lead Generation and No Guarantees
HomeContractors.com provides marketing and lead generation services only. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy or completeness of Consumer information
- The quality, pricing, availability, or performance of Contractors
- That a Consumer will hire a Contractor
- That a Contractor will secure work or revenue
Any decisions to engage, hire, or contract are made solely between Consumers and Contractors.
5. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting information through the Website, you expressly consent to be contacted by HomeContractors.com, its affiliates, and participating Contractors via phone calls, text messages, emails, or other electronic communications, including through automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages, at the contact information you provide.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke consent at any time by following opt-out instructions or contacting us directly.
6. No Endorsement or Vetting
We do not recommend, endorse, certify, or guarantee any Contractor. We do not independently verify Contractor credentials, licenses, insurance, bonding, or qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise. Consumers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any Contractor.
7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

b. Lead Fees
Lead fees purchase marketing opportunities only, not guaranteed work or revenue.

Dissatisfaction with lead quality or conversion does not qualify for refunds.
d. Limited Credits (Sole Discretion)
Credits may be issued at our sole discretion for demonstrably invalid leads.
e. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
